Te Wāhi Toi/The Arts Place exists to connect the creative community of Queenstown and Wānaka with audiences, students, teachers, spaces and each other. We are a not-for-profit organisation powered by Three Lakes Cultural Trust and inspired by local arts and culture.
Join us at Tātai Manawa for an evening of style, sustainability and hōnonga (connection) with Tuihana.
Bring along up to five pieces of quality preloved kākahu and take part in a night of swapping, styling and reimagining what already exists.
This is more than a clothing exchange. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with the stories our kākahu carry, explore your own style and celebrate the creativity, rongoā and potential held within each piece.
Through styling, kōrero and connection, we’ll explore how circular fashion can be fun, meaningful and a way to express who we are.
