How can Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Herbal medicine help you? What are your health challenges? Learn some Acupressure points and practice on each other. Learn a little about herbal tinctures. Learn about herbal teas. A quick dive into what grows around us and how we can use these plants to make tea. Learn to make a Sleep Tea and a Tea to ward off Winter colds. Sample these teas!

About your facilitator: Hello my job is my passion. I am a Traditional Chinese Acupuncturist and a Herbalist and I have been for 22 years. I recently moved to Old Arthur’s Point and I have my business here, Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Queenstown. “A healthy man wants a thousand things, a sick man wants one”. This saying is so true. Health is everything. I love that TCM, acupuncture, and herbal medicine is about not only providing a powerful remedy for all sorts of illnesses, pain, symptoms but also it is about prevention. In Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, acupuncture points are selected to support your body to heal, reduce pain, reduce inflammation etc. There are other therapies I use such as fire cups which relax sore, tight muscles, moxa to warm, herbal plasters, guisha, ear beads and herbal medicine. Learn more about these therapies on 20 June. Life is too precious and too short to put up with pains and discomfort if you don't need to! I look forward to meeting you 20 June.
