Sweet Dreams - Michelle Moynes, Teegs Stallard & Margaret O'Hanlon - Tiny Room Concert

Annie Lennox - the influence and inspiration for generations of young women from the 80's-2000's.

After an impromptu session of wine consumption and crazy ideas, it was decided that the only noble thing for three women with a love of harmonies and other complicated vocals to do was to tackle the Annie Lennox songbook.  Very few artists lend themselves so clearly to such a signature sound as Annie.

She has sung with Aretha Franklin, Al Green, David Bowie and Alicia Keys.  Dubbed "The greatest white soul singer of all time" by VH1, Annie holds an honourary Doctorate in Music from The Royal Academy of Music in London.  She plays the flute, piano and harpsichord.  But her biggest attribute is her voice.  She has won countless grammys and an Oscar for her song "Into The West".  Big shoes to fill indeed, but we're up for the challenge.

Michelle Moynes and Teegs Stallard have wowed their audience this year with "Blue Door By Candlelight" showing off their flawless and extraordinary vocal harmonies, and beautiful re-working of classic pop songs.  They are joined by Margaret O'Hanlon hot off the heels of her ingenious "LIfe With David" weaving fact and fiction in her exploration of David Bowie.  This is a collaboration a long time in the making as the three friends have alternately supported each other's shows.

Joining them is the maestro of keys, Mark Wilson, Martin Roy Guy on drums, Alex Pyle on guitar and Allan Beaton on bass.
