Te Wāhi Toi/The Arts Place exists to connect the creative community of Queenstown and Wānaka with audiences, students, teachers, spaces and each other. We are a not-for-profit organisation powered by Three Lakes Cultural Trust and inspired by local arts and culture.
Liz Conway's 'Perspectives' is coming to Arrowtown! The show, filled with original songs and instrumental compositions, is hard to put in a box – it features everything from reflective piano/vocal and intimate guitar/vocal tracks to full band songs, and a piano/flute duet.
It also has a very special Winterstellar Charitable Trust connection. Liz will perform a live piano soundtrack to the stunning astrophotography film 'Rangi takō - Clear skies'. The short film (15min) showcases the beautiful southern night sky in time-lapse photography and was co-directed with Andy Davey of the Winterstellar Charitable Trust.
