This free workshop introduces participants to drawing techniques designed for relaxation and managing anxiety. It encourages a creative practice that’s lighthearted and stress-free, perfect for when you don’t feel like taking on serious projects. We will do exercises aimed at having fun, relaxing, and embracing your natural way of drawing.
