Set in a fun and nurturing environment in the heart of Wanaka. This practical art class class is aimed at beginners and intermediates who are a little rusty; who would like to gain / develop some perceptual drawing skills and explore a variety of drawing media, colour theory, colour mixing and watercolour painting. This course sets you up wonderfully for having greater confidence when doing workshops or getting into your own art habit  All materials supplied. 

Sorry no acrylic painting will be done this term due to a shortened time frame.

Your tutor is Lizzie Thomas who paints under the moniker ellaquaint. She is a registered teacher and has a wealth of knowledge teaching at Secondary School Level, as well after school kids classes and adult night classes and workshops. A practicing and exhibiting artist who has work in national and international collections.
