Te Wāhi Toi/The Arts Place exists to connect the creative community of Queenstown and Wānaka with audiences, students, teachers, spaces and each other. We are a not-for-profit organisation powered by Three Lakes Cultural Trust and inspired by local arts and culture.
We are the home of "Rock and Roll Theatre"; independent, comtemporary, original, creative Music and Theatre. We have been writing and producing full-scale music/theatre productions since 2010. We are unique to the Wakatipu region as we are an independent group of creatives who construct our own full-scale productions that have never been performed elsewhere.
At present our focus is on the power of the Tiny Room Concert, small themed Music/Comedy shows by some of our most talented citizens.
