Te Wāhi Toi/The Arts Place exists to connect the creative community of Queenstown and Wānaka with audiences, students, teachers, spaces and each other. We are a not-for-profit organisation powered by Three Lakes Cultural Trust and inspired by local arts and culture.
Nadene Milne Gallery first opened in 2001 in a 1860's colonial building, down an infamous alleyway off the main street in Arrowtown.
The gallery backs onto a comfortable, sixty-seat cinema which has been used to host numerous documentary films and talks given by senior curators and artists - providing context for the gallery's exhibitions, events for which NMG has become renowned.
