Te Wāhi Toi/The Arts Place exists to connect the creative community of Queenstown and Wānaka with audiences, students, teachers, spaces and each other. We are a not-for-profit organisation powered by Three Lakes Cultural Trust and inspired by local arts and culture.
We hold two weekly adult hip-hop classes based in Wānaka - at the Central Point Dance Studio. We have one class for Beginners and one for Intermediate/Advanced dancers.
Our mantra is "it's not about getting it right, it's about having fun!"
We teach a dance routine over two weeks, get into groups and show the class, shake our stuff, have fun, then onto the next!
